At Time Warp, we believe in the CrossFit methodology. We develop each athlete’s capabilities through the full spectrum of CrossFit training, which provides them with the tools and skills they need to overcome and succeed through whatever obstacles, tasks, sports, and activities life may throw their way.
In true CrossFit fashion, our classes include constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. Not only does this mean that you will never get bored of workouts, you will also be training through the core movements of life. Our workouts are a blend of weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular exercise, mixed in as many combinations as creativity will allow. There is however, a method to the madness. We follow a core progression that will help you improve your general physical skills and become fitter and healthier version of yourself.
All of our CrossFit classes are led by our professional coaches, last 1-hour in duration, and follow a programmed progression. A certified coach will lead you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Our coaches will ensure that you are using the correct weight, proper technique, and doing the best variation of the workout to get you closer to your individual goals.
